In 2008, LDG added a 1,500 sf upper-story addition above the south wing of the building, which balances the building’s primary street elevation and provides a second story office. The redesign of the first story restaurant provides for an intimate courtyard space and patio dining. The building now stands as a successful mixed-use commercial facility on a rejuvenated street.
